Patent

A patent can be granted for new inventions in all technical fields that can be exploited industrially. These can be devices, processes and applications. The invention must be new and substantially different from anything known.

Trademark

With a registered trademark, you secure the rights to your brand, such as a name or logo. A trademark is the distinctive mark that companies use to identify their products or services to customers.

Design protection

Design protection protects the appearance of the product. You can protect yourself against others manufacturing and selling products with a similar appearance and design. Design protection grants exclusive rights to manufacture and sell a design.

Funding for patent

There are several ways to apply for rights funding. We can point you in the direction of relevant funding opportunities for your project in Denmark and the EU. We can also help you apply for the funds if you wish.
