Funding for the patent process

We can help you identify relevant funding opportunities for the patent process and can also provide advice and guidance in the broader funding process. The starting point is a non-binding conversation and review with our IPR and business developer Anne-Mette Bak Nielsen. Based on the conversation, we can quickly determine if there are any current pools that are relevant to you and your company.

Funding for IP rights

It is often possible to find funding opportunities for rights advice, such as patent, trademark or design registration advice. These opportunities depend partly on your business, partly on your idea, and partly on the different requirements of different pools. Based on a conversation with you, we can quickly identify which options are relevant to you.

Funding for other purposes

At Larsen & Birkeholm, we can also help with funding for purposes other than rights. The purposes can be many and the options for funding can be overwhelming. We can help you identify where you should focus your efforts.

Process

The starting point for the funding process is a confidential and non-binding meeting between you and our funding advisor Anne-Mette Bak Nielsen. Based on the conversation, we can pinpoint the opportunities that exist for you.

You can choose to apply for the funds yourself. It's up to you. Our information about your funding opportunities is free of charge. If you want help preparing the application, we typically operate on a no cure, no pay principle.

Yes please - I'm happy to spend 10 minutes talking to an advisor about my options.
