To protect your design in Denmark, you can apply for a design registration with the Danish Patent and Trademark Office.
International design protection
Through the WIPO system (also known as the Hague system), you can apply in a number of countries within and outside the EU with one application.
International trademark
In principle, to register a trademark outside the EU, you must apply in the countries where you want protection. However, it is possible to simplify the application process through the so-called Madrid Protocol.
